Joan was the sister of Nicholas the 5th Lord of Audley survived his father for only a short time. He was married to Elizabeth, daughter of Alice de Beaumont. He was summoned to parliament from 11-14 Richard II, and died shortly after in 1392 without leaving issue. Joan's grandson was to succeeded him.
