Thomas de Crophull was enfeoffed in the manors of Heubold, Verdon, Cotesbeche and Hemyngton in Leicester, 45 Edward III. He married Sibilla, daughter of John de la Bere, knight. Thomas and Sibilla had an only daughter, Agnes de Crophull, who married Sir Walter Deverux, knight. When Sir Walter died, she married a second time to Sir John Parr, of Kyrkeby in Kendal.
