Matilda, daughter of Roger de Kilton, nice and heir to William de Kilton, Roger's brother, was the widow of Sir Richard de Autrey. She married Sir Robert in Mar. 1224. In 1229, she was granted by her uncle, William, the presentation to the church of Kirkleatham, which she presented a clerk in 1268. She died June 1279.
