Millicent was widow of John de Mohaut, sister and coheir of George de Cuntelo, Lord of Abergavenny, and daughter of Sir Willima de Cauntelo, of Calne, Wiltshire and Aston Cantlow, Warwickshire, by Eve, the third daughter and co-heir of William de Braiose, Lord of Abergavenny.
