The Chronicon Manniæ et Insularum records that "Olavus filius Godredi Crovan" had many concubines by whom he fathered "filios tres…Reignaldum, Lagmannum et Haraldum et filias multas", adding that one daughter married "Sumerledo regulo Herergaildel" [Chronicon Manniæ et Insularum, p. 144]. Balfour Paul names her "Ragnhildis" but he does not cite the corresponding primary source[Balfour Paul, Vol. V, Macdonald Lord of the Isles, p. 29].

Ragnhildr married Somerled mac Gillebride Lord of Argyle about 1140. (Somerled mac Gillebride Lord of Argyle was born about 1113 in Morven, Argyleshire, Scotland and died in 1164 in Scotland ²³⁵.)
