Father Madariaga forwared the proceedings to Durango on 17 Sep 1819. On 13 Oct 1819, Archdeacon González de Cosío granted a dispensation subject to a penance of 50 pesos in alms to be applicalbe to pious works at the discretion of the bishop, and ordered the priest of Santa Fé to publish the banns three times. Assuming no new impediment arose, he was to marry the couple and grant the nuptial blessing Certificates 1.
