Charles Cawley's Medieval Lands, Comita di Aborea was the son of Costantino judge of Arborea and grandson of Gonnario and Elena Orvu. His "parentage is confirmed by the undated charter, maybe dated to 1182/83, under which (his son) "Iudice Barasune podestando totu Logu d´Arboreć...cum mugera mia donna Algaburga regina de Logu" confirmed the church of San Nicola di Gurgo to the Benedictines, as donated by "Iudice Gostantine Au meu et iudice Comida patre meus" [Codex Diplomaticus Sardinić, Tome I, CXI, p. 253].
