Henry had two sons, Roger and John, the former of whom had possession of the Dalton manor before 1288. Roger was, in 1297, found to hold the two plough-lands by the ancient services. He obtained a charter of free warren in Dalton in 1304. Roger's son Henry and grandson John were the tenants in 1324 and 1346 respectively.
