Thomas de Praers was the brother and heir of Randle according to the inquisition after the death of his sister-in-law, named Johanna, 6 Edward III.. The manors of Bertumlegh, Lanecan and Crue juxta Hasclynton, 18s., rent in Netherbebynton, the serjancty of the Fee of the countess of Warwick, and the advowson of the churches of Bertumlegh and Wodechurche, passed over from brother Randle to Thomas de Praers in 11 Edward III. This Thomas died sometime before his Inquisition Post Mortem took place in 23 Edward III. His estates were granted to Thomas de Brelee and the wardship of his only child, Elizabeth, was granted to Alan Cheyne.

Footnote: From the Praers' family, these Advowsons, Manor and other property, passed to Robert Fulleshurst of Crue Esq. by marriage with with Elizabeth, daughter and heir of Thomas Praers of Bartomlegh. Fullehurst died 13th Richard II. His descendant, Sir Thomas Fulleshurst Knt. erd and eth Philip and Mary, so the Manor to Richard Wilbraham of Woodhey Esq.
