Ermangarde is given as the daughter of Reinald, comté de Bar. Otho's wife is given as Pavia and their son is given as Herbert IV.

Pavia married Eudes comte de Vermandois, son of Herbert comte de Vermandois and Ermengarde. (Eudes comte de Vermandois was born about 1000 in Vermondois, Normandy, France and died on 25 May 1045 in France.)
