The children of Rudolf I and Willa were Rudolf II; Ludwig, who married Ælfgifu, daughter of King Edward of Wessex and his second wife Æfleda; a daughter possibly named Willa who married Boso de Vienne, son of Theotbald, comté d'Arles; and Waldrada, who married Bonifazio, Marchese, conte di Bologna, son of Hucbald, Conte de Bolgna.
