Charles Cawley's Medieval Lands Enguerrand de Fiennes was the son of Eustache II de Fiennes. He married Sibylle de Tingry, daughter of Faramus de Boulogne and his wife Mathilde. "The Historia Comitum Ghisnensium records that "Engelramnum", son of "Eustacius…senex de Fielnis", married "nobilem de Tingreio Sibillam, Willelmi Faramus sororem" [Historia Comitum Ghisnensium 40, MGH SS XXIV, p. 581]. Faramus donated the tithes of Sombres to the abbey of St Josse "cum uxore Matilda et Sibilla filia mea", with the consent of "Matheo Boloniense comite et heredibus meis Ingeranno de Fienles et uxore eius Sibilla filia mea", by charter dated 1171 [Round 'Faramus of Boulogne' (1896), p. 149]."


Enguerrand married Sibyl de Tingry, daughter of Faramus Count de Boulogne and Unknown. (Sibyl de Tingry was born about 1132 and died after 29 Sep 1223.)
