Charles Cawley's Medieval Lands, Tecla Díaz was the wife of Lope Iñguez and the daughter of Diego Álvarez. A charter dated 14 Mar 1079 named her father as Diego Álvarez and there are to possible people who could be her father.

Tecla married Lope Iñíguez, son of Íñigo López and Toda Fortúnez. (Lope Iñíguez was born in Vizcaya, Iberia and died before Jan 1094.)
