Fernán Pérez Ponche de León

Fernan Pérez Ponce de León was the son of Pedro Ponce de Cabrera and his wife, Aldonza Alfonso de León, illegitimate daughter of Alfonso IX de León. He was the lord of Puebla de Asturias, Cangas and Tineo, the mayor of Alfonso X of Castile and tutor to Fernando IV of Castile. He married Urraca Gutiérrez de Meneses, the daughter of Gutierre Suárez de Menese and Eklvira Anes de Sous. Their chidlren were:

• Fernando Ponce de León, Lord of Marchena, marriedin 1303 to Isabel Pérez de Guzmán, daughter of Guzmán el Bueno, Lord of Sanlúcar de Barrameda and MaríaAlonso Cornel.

• Beatriz Ponce de León, married Juan Alonso Pérez de Guzmán
