Asencio de Archuleta and his wife Ana Pérez de Bustillo, daughter of Juan Pérez de Bustillo, they had one son, Juan. One daughter, María was the wife of Captain Juan Márquez. Another daughter, Lucía, married Diego de la Serna, and a third, unnamed daughter was the wife of Matías López del Castillo. His fourth daughter, Gregoria, married Diego de Santa Cruz.
