~Cokayne's Complete Peerage, 2nd Edition, (Furnivalle), Vol. V, p. 580, footnote, (h) ¹⁴¹Berta, wife of Thomas de Furnivalle, was living 10 Feb 1566/7 according to the Patent Roll, 51 Henry III, m. 26. She married, as her second husband, Ralph le Biogod, and was his widow in 28 Jul 1260 according the Fine Roll, 44 Henry III, m. 5. ¹²²

Berta married Sir Thomas de Furnival Knight, son of Gerard de Furnival and Maud de Luvetot Heir of Sheffield & Worksop. (Sir Thomas de Furnival Knight was born about 1198 in Hallamshire, Sheffield, Yorkshire, England and died after 13 Apr 1238 in Slain by Saracens in the Holy Land.)
