Antonio de Ribera married Graciana (Prudencia) Sena on 24 Dec 1745. He bought land in Santa Fe in 1762, and both he and Graciana were very active members of the Conquistadora Confraternity. He was nineteen when he enlisted as a soldier of Santa Fe; still listed at the Presidio in 1790, he gave his age as sixty-eight, and that of his wife as forty. A son, twenty-six and single, was living with them. Antonio died 27 Feb 1794, and his wife followed, 22 Jun 1810, leaving four surviving children.

Their known children were: Matías, born 7 Mar 1750, who married Juliana de la Peña; María Josefa, born 6 Mar 1752; Viterbo, 11 Mar 1754; Manuel Antonio, 29 Jun 1756, who married Josefa Labadía, 28 Apr 1783; Antonio José, born 8 Jan 1759, and who died 30 Nov 1765; Santiago Francisco, 30 Nov 1760; Nicolasa María, 12 Sep 1748; María Rosalia, 5 Nov 1762; and Julián Rafael, 13 Apr 1765. José and Matías enlisted as soldiers in 1779.
