WILLIAM de WALEBRAUS. [1] Presumed son based on him being the next Walebraus to occur in records holding the manor of Uthno. Ronny Bodine in his SGM post makes William De Walebraus in records 1228-1236 the same as the William with records 1269-1285; however, given the clustering of records, the 30 year gap in time, and the fact that Pharamus was born before 1160 while the son of Mark was born c1288, it is almost impossible that these are the same person. He was born before 1208 (prossibly well before) as he would have been of age when as Willelmus de Walebreu he is a tenant in Hutheno in 1228-9 and 1235-6. [2] He also occurs in the Close Rolls in 1235. [3]
