Manuel Silva married, 9 May 1717 to Josefa Montoyo, daughter of Andrés Montoya and Antonia Lucero. Manuel was killed, while with the Villasur expedition to what is now present day Nebraska, while fighting with the Pawnee people. There likely was no children from this marriage.
